If you are unable to resolve your problem using these help files, please do the following:

1. If you are having a recording problem, create your diagnostic file by clicking on "Capture Diagnostic Info" from the top of the program's toolbar. The resulting .log file will be saved in your MusicMatch Jukebox subdirectory.

2. Email us this file, and a detailed description of the problem you are encountering, to:
